RETURNING TO THE DUNGEONS
I've returned to the dungeons
In a land far away
where dwell no people
I give a rat's ass about

In my absence, it snowed
and drowned my little car
i shall have to plough through it
before i can putter off again
if it deigns to start

a year has 365 days
each one 24 hours, each hour 60 minutes
with my fabulous TI-89, this works out to
a mind shattering
heart breaking
525,600 minutes before i return, for good

will i make it, or shall i kill myself before it is done
ah the mystery of the human spirit
it either survives or gets shot to pieces
it's no longer funny.
i just want to go home
is that too much to ask?
